We are created to live from a place of integration rather than fragmentation. Unfortunately so many of us live from a place of survival due to how our surroundings have shaped us. It's time to rebuild the puzzle of your life and live from a place of freedom!
I believe healing isn't just something that happens in your head, it happens in your body, your relationships, and the quiet places most of us have learned to ignore. So much of what keeps us stuck isn't a lack of insight. It's patterns that got wired into us long before we had words for them- in our first eighteen years, when our nervous systems were still learning what safety, love, and connection were supposed to feel like. If those years taught you to brace, to over function, to disappear, or to hold everyone else together, that pattern doesn't just go away because you understand it now. It has to be felt, processed, and gently rewired. That's the work I do alongside you.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I'm trained in Brainspotting and ImTT (Image Transformation Therapy) — both body-based approaches that help access and process what talk therapy alone often can't reach. My work is grounded in attachment theory and nervous system informed care, which means we'll pay attention not just to your story, but to how that story lives in your body today.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a wife and mom, which means I understand firsthand how much we carry, how easy it is to lose yourself in caring for everyone else, and how much courage it takes to finally turn that care toward yourself.
Nothing better then a hearty home cooked meal. It's a creative outlet for me to try new renditions and see what foods I can pair together to create a well balanced yet exciting dish!
The BEST Goldendoodle I could ask for! He is FULL of energy and has the best corks. Funny story- I flew all the way to South Carolina to pick him up. One of the most special gifts I have received thus far!
Lake Tahoe! I love that each season allows you to be outside exploring. I find when I am outside moving my body I feel so alive and happy! Always memories to be made here for me and my family.
